VACANCY | Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist for Academy and Women’s Teams

Chester Football Club is seeking to appoint a physiotherapist or sports therapist to work within our Academy and Women’s teams for the 2021/22 season.

This is a part-time paid opportunity for that will require attendance at matches and training sessions on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons.

The role will involve providing first aid cover, treatment and therapy for players as well as supporting coaches and players with injury prevention, rehabilitation and recovery.

Ideally candidates will hold a relevant qualification along with previous experience of working within football or a sporting environment and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also need to have completed or be willing to undertake safeguarding training and an enhanced DBS check.

It is anticipated the post will involve working 6-10 hours per week although flexibility to adapt to the demands of the role will be required.
